Having the benefit of a seasoned attorney and decisive advocate for the injured, Pete’s clients benefit from years of experience and significant accomplishments. Managing serious injury cases from beginning to end has been Pete’s ongoing practice, including serious car wrecks, motorcycle crashes, truck accidents, construction site injuries (Labor Law), premises liability, and complex negligence cases.
Pete received his B.A. from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey, and earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law, Springfield, Massachusetts. Pete has appeared before the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Federal District Court, New York Court of Claims, and Courts throughout New Jersey. He has successfully completed trials, mediations, and arbitrations with outstanding results, and as an effective negotiator, Pete has obtained numerous large settlements.
Before joining Catalano Law Offices, Pete was senior litigation counsel handling plaintiff personal injury cases for many years. He is also licensed in New Jersey and owned his own law firm. Pete’s professional memberships include the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and Onondaga County Bar Association. He is also recognized as a Million Dollar Advocate’s Forum member and the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Pete has volunteered as a coach with Fayetteville-Manlius and Immaculate Conception youth athletics and the Central New York Marian Center. He is also the past parent representative to Le Moyne Dolphin Athletic Association (Women’s Lacrosse) and a former Business Law Adjunct Instructor at Cazenovia College.
